Building a safe and creative space that cultivates physical and mental strength, flexibility, intuitive awareness, and overall well-being. We strive to expedite continuous gains towards each individual's top potential which will in turn strengthen us as a whole.
We firmly believe in making dance available to every person because movement, in essence, is life itself. Consistent training of the body and mind improves strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, cardiovascular health, endurance, intrinsic and spatial awareness, adaptability, musicality, resilience, and overall artistry as a human being. It provides a conduit to stress relief and due to its creative nature, it is always evolving, which gives us the opportunity to grow even more. We strive to never plateau, but let the art of dance transcend through all generations in order to strengthen our bodies, minds, and community.
Anyone between the ages of 6 & 18, enrolled in 2 or more class(es) at LoMI Studios will receive a weekly complementary Leaps, Jumps and Turns Class for their age group. This class will help build the required strength, flexibility, body awareness, placement, and proper execution of skills that are foundational to all styles of dance. The stronger the technique, the stronger the dancer. As an advocate for injury prevention, movement longevity, and keeping the love and appreciation of dance alive, Julia specializes in technique training and is proud to be able to provide this as an enrichment bonus to dancers who are serious about their growth.

Ages 11+: 3:45-4:30
Ages 6-10: 4:45-5:30
